Abstract

Cet article évalue le coût de l’inflexion de la politique parisienne des transports intervenue dès 2001 en analysant ses effets sur l’accessibilité des emplois en Île-de-France. La diminution de l’espace viaire alloué à l’automobile dans Paris est à l’origine d’un allongement des temps de parcours domicile-travail qui modifie les conditions d’appariement de la main-d’œuvre. Une modélisation de l’accès au marché régional du travail nous permet d’estimer l’évolution du nombre moyen d’emplois accessibles en un temps de transport donné. En affectant les conditions de transport de l’ensemble des actifs franciliens transitant par Paris, nous en concluons que cette politique locale inflige un coût substantiel à la région Île-de-France.
