Abstract

Le Grenelle de l'environnement a marqué une date importante dans l'élaboration de la politique environnementale de la France. Il a permis notamment de montrer que les différentes parties-prenantes étaient capables de s'entendre sur des objectifs précis. Mais il manque encore le signal de fiscalité environnementale qui permettra de déclencher la transition énergétique.
