Abstract

La notion de transparence de l'information tend aujourd'hui à être considérée non seulement comme valeur éthique de l'entreprise mais plus concrètement comme sous-tendant la mise en œuvre d'une politique moderne de "Corporate Gouvernance".Il est donc particulièrement intéressant d'interroger directement les dirigeants d'entreprises sur ce thème afin de savoir si leurs opinions confirment des principes apparemment approuvés par tous.Nous avons eu l'opportunité de le faire auprès d'un échantillon de 120 n°1 d'entreprises sous une forme interprétative voire provocante résumée par le titre de la contribution que nous proposons. Les résultats sont assez surprenants pour être dans un premier temps présentés puis dans un second temps commentés.
