Décision et Intuition : un état des lieux

Abstract

Il y a 10 ans, nous proposions une réflexion sur le rôle de l'intuition dans les processus de prise de décision, en nous fondant principalement sur les travaux de W. Agor (1989). Dans ce cadre, nous débutions cette réflexion en proposant plusieurs définitions du concept d'intuition. Puis, nous évoquions son rôle sur la prise de décisions et enfin, nous complétions l'analyse par une vaste étude empirique conduite auprès de chefs d'entreprises. Notre recherche s'appuyait sur une vision du processus de prise de décision fortement inspirée par les travaux de H.A. Simon. Or, une nouvelle approche décisionnelle intégrant l'intuition est apparue depuis quelques années. Elle permet de mieux comprendre et donc de démystifier ce concept d'intuition. On parle de Naturalistic Decision Making
