Abstract

Le secteur de la distribution automobile en Europe présente une particularité au regard des règles générales de la concurrence : il fait l'objet d'un règlement d'exemption par catégorie. Celui ci autorise la permanence de relations verticales fortes entre les constructeurs et leurs réseaux. Cette exemption est généralement justifiée par le caractère spécifique de l'activité et en particulier son importance dans la consommation des ménages et pour l'emploi
