Le rapport ambigu à l'efficacité et à l'équité des bons d'achat à validité limitée

Abstract

Ce texte présente deux logiques d'usage de bons d'achat à validité limitée : logique de production privée de services publics et d'aide sociale et logique d'orientation et de solvabilisation de la demande. Les modalités de création de ces bons font que le rapport à l'efficacité du marché (promotion ou palliatif) ainsi qu'à l'équité (constitution ou réduction des inégalités) est variable.
