Abstract
L'évolution des conditions de réalisation et de distribution des gains de la mondialisation dans un contexte nouveau d'ouverture commerciale et financière réinterroge les conditions de possibilité d'un Etat social. Dans ce but, cette contribution précise l'espace des choix qu'offre aux Etats la diversité des modes de transnationalisation des firmes puis discute une problématique de régime international sur les firmes pour réorienter le cours de la mondialisation.
