Marque Employeur. Quelle transposition à l’hôpital ?

Abstract

Le concept de marque employeur (ME), plus que jamais à la mode, a été développé à la London Business School il y a une vingtaine d'années par Ambler et Barrow comme une transposition de la marque commerciale et de la relation qu'elle entretient avec ses clients et prospects, à la relation employeur/employés/employés potentiels. Son émergence n'est cependant manifeste que depuis quelques années. Pourquoi pas une "marque employeur hôpital public" concluait, en 2013, le rapport rédigé par la commission permanente FHF de l'attractivité médicale ? Responsabilité sociale de l'entreprise, notoriété, image de marque, (e-) - réputation, renommée, marque employeur : la communication hospitalière devient persuasive et commence à s'insérer dans une réflexion plus marketing.
