Abstract

La congestion des infrastructures de transport est présentée par la commission européenne dans son dernier livre blanc sur les transports (2001) comme un frein à la croissance dans l'union européenne. Nous allons nous efforcer ici de présenter les facettes du problème de la congestion aéroportuaire, d'en montrer la complexité, et enfin de présenter quelques pistes qui sont étudiées aujourd'hui afin d'optimiser l'usage d'infrastructures qui ne suffisent plus à répondre à la demande.
