Une analyse proximiste des conflits d'usage et de voisinage sur le littoral picto-charentais

Abstract

Nous cherchons dans cette communication à compléter les recherches proximistes sur les conflits d'usage et de voisinage, en intégrant une distinction au niveau de la proximité organisée entre la logique intra-groupe et la logique inter-groupe. Nous proposons ensuite une application de notre grille de lecture aux conflits observés sur le littoral picto-charentais, d'une part entre agriculteurs et conchyliculteurs, et d'autre part entre conchyliculteurs et plaisanciers. Ceci nous permet, à travers une analyse dynamique des relations entre acteurs, de mettre en évidence le pouvoir explicatif des notions proximistes, et d'observer plusieurs configurations évolutives de la proximité organisée, en lien avec la manière dont les individus et les collectifs d'individus se coordonnent. Ces différentes configurations ont un impact à la fois sur le niveau de conflictualité et sur la résolution des problèmes d'externalités ; leur intégration est donc essentielle en termes d'action publique territoriale.
