    Abstract

    Cette recherche traite des représentations sociales de la performance des associations auprès des dirigeants de droit ou élus (bénévoles), des dirigeants salariés (directeurs) et des financeurs publics ainsi que des outils mobilisés pour l'évaluer. En nous appuyant sur des entretiens réalisés auprès de ces acteurs et à partir de la théorie des représentations sociales, nous mettons en évidence l'influence du rôle social de l'acteur sur sa représentation de l'association performante ainsi que sur les outils ou dispositifs mobilisés pour l'apprécier. Cette recherche met à jour trois représentations de la performance : politique, managériale et administrative qui dépendent, à divers degrés, des sphères qui concourent à la formation de la représentation sociale de l'acteur.
