Abstract

L'écodéveloppement vise l'harmonisation entre le développement et l'environnement. Cela suppose un conflit. Quels en sont les termes et comment le dénouer ? La pensée de l'écodéveloppement est ici comparée à la théorie néoclassique des effets externes en utilisant les ressources de la théorie de la justification de l'action collective. Ayant en commun de ne pas faire de la croissance le facteur premier du conflit, ces deux pensées agencent des compromis différents, mais également légitimes pour donner corps à la quête d'un développement durable.
