Abstract

Le contentieux concurrentiel relatif au secteur électrique porte non seulement sur des abus de position dominante mais également sur des ententes, pouvant notamment intervenir dans le cadre de marchés d'électrification. Une analyse des décisions de l'Autorité de la concurrence sous un angle économique met en relief les principales caractéristiques de ces ententes, d'expliquer les facteurs favorisant leur développement et de présenter quelques unes des recommandations de l'analyse économique en termes de conception des marchés et de sanction des pratiques en cause.
