Abstract

La logique de ce texte est la suivante. Après avoir défini les contours de ce que l'on peut qualifier de RSE, un bref apport conceptuel permettant de distinguer « modèle organisationnel » de « thème de gestion » sera effectué. La dimension « américaine du modèle » sera ensuite discutée ainsi que les caractères de l'épuisement du thème.
