Ainternacionalizaçao da PME familiar: Aprendizado organizacionale desenvolvimento do conhecimento

Abstract

O objetivo desta pesquisa é estudar a internacionalizaçâo da PME familiar baseando-se, por um lado, na abordagem pelo conhecimento e em particular do aprendizado organizacional e por outro lado, na literatura relacionada às especificidades da empresa familiar. Do ponto de vista teorico faz-se uma articulaçâo das teorias do aprendizado e da criaçâo do conhecimento corn as teorias seqüenciais da internacionalizaçào. A anilise recai sobre a intluência das caracteristicas especificas da PME familiar e 0 seu grau de internacionalizaçâo, Trata-se de três variàveis: conservadorismo, ênfase na independência e rede social. Esta influência ocorre por meio de uma variàvel central, a saber, 0 conhecimento de internacionalizaçâo, Esta anàlise explicativa é feita através de equaçôes estruturais (LISREL).
