Abstract

Au cours des années 2000, on assiste en Russie à un retour de l’Etat à travers une extension de la propriété publique et la mise en place de nouveaux instruments de politique industrielle. Cette évolution suggère l'apparition d'une forme russe de développementalisme, invitant à certains parallèles avec les trajectoires des capitalismes asiatiques. Cependant, les premiers éléments d'évaluation disponibles ne sont pas très probants. En dépit de taux de croissance économique élevés, la Russie n’a pas réussi à opérer une réelle diversification de son économie alors que, dans le même temps, de fortes contradictions sociales et environnementales persistent.
