Abstract

Toutes les formes de recherche en gestion se heurtent au problème de l'explicitation des connaissances produites. Dans les approches qualitatives, un deuxième problème apparaît plus spécifiquement en raison de l'importance des connaissances d'arrièreplan dans la démarche méthodologique tant pour le recueil que pour l'interprétation des données. En partant d'une expérience pratique de codification des savoirs dans le cadre de deux recherche-action nous avons tenté de relier la dimension tacite de la connaissance aux modalités de gestion de l'ignorance et aux formes de la complexité dans les systèmes avec acteurs humains afin de proposer une grille de lecture de l'instrumentation de la connaissance par le chercheur.
