    Abstract

    Actuellement, le monde de la santé subit de profondes mutations institutionnelles et doit s'adapter à un environnement de plus en plus délicat basé sur les notions d'efficience médico-économique, de qualité et de sécurité. Ces évolutions se traduisent par la mise en place de nouvelles pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines dans le milieu hospitalier. Pour analyser ces nouvelles pratiques, nous nous focaliserons sur l'étude d'un cas de mise en place d'une démarche de gestion prévisionnelle des emplois et des compétences au sein d'un groupe hospitalier Grenoblois. Cette étude portera particulièrement sur la première étape de mise en œuvre de la démarche, c'est-à-dire l'analyse de l'existant et les outils s'y référant.
