    Abstract

    En stage au sein du service des Ressources Humaines de La Boîte à Outils, filiale bricolage du Groupe Samse, j'effectue diverses missions. En plus du recrutement et de la gestion des formations sécurité, je travaille sur une mission portant sur le déploiement du nouveau parcours d'intégration. La Boîte à Outils a fait de l'intégration un axe stratégique qui représente aujourd'hui de nombreux enjeux pour la société, mais aussi pour les nouveaux collaborateurs. L'enjeu principal de ma mission est de développer des outils de communication dans le but de donner du sens à ce parcours, et d'harmoniser les pratiques dans les magasins. Le rapport de diagnostic expose en détail ces enjeux mutuels avec une approche théorique, puis apporte un regard pratique et orienté sur les besoins propres à La Boîte à Outils en matière d'intégration.
