    Abstract

    Le recrutement constitue un enjeu majeur dans toutes les organisations. Pour être certaines de ne pas commettre d'erreur dans leurs recrutements, les entreprises font appel à toutes sortes de tests et particulièrement des tests de personnalité. En effet, l'intégration d'un nouveau salarié dans une entreprise coute très cher et ces dernières ne doivent pas se tromper pour éviter de recommencer tout un processus de recrutement qui prend du temps et de l'argent. C'est pour cela que soit les salariés sont formés pour faire passer les tests aux candidats, soit les entreprises font appel à des organismes extérieurs pour évaluer ces candidats. Les tests sont donc un moyen pour les entreprises de sécuriser leurs recrutements et ainsi connaître davantage les potentiels futurs salariés et voir s'ils correspondent à la culture de l'entreprise.
