Abstract

La crise financière et économique pose la question d'un retour à une régulation sociétale organisée. Après trente ans de marginalisation de la puissance publique, le monde de la finance implore un retour à un certain ordre. La question qui est posée est donc celle de savoir qui est légitime pour détenir ce potentiel régulatoire nécessaire : la société civile, les experts, les autorités administratives indépendantes ou le politique ?.
