Abstract

L'ouvrage de Pap Ndiaye vient indéniablement combler un manque : celui d'une approche socio-historique de la discrimination d'un groupe, ici les Noirs de France métropolitaine. Face aux réticences à une catégorisation publique du fait ethno-racial, l'auteur argumente pour que soit rendue possible une "factualisation des discriminations" auxquelles sont exposées les populations "minorées".
