Abstract

L'objectif de notre article est d'étudier l'impact du phénomène assez récent des délocalisations deservices. A partir de l'analyse des données disponibles sur les délocalisations des activités de service,nous proposons une présentation des enjeux de politiques publiques sur cette question spécifique etmontrons de quelle manière le cadre institutionnel au niveau national et global influe sur cesmouvements de relocalisation et sur leurs conséquences. Nous concluons sur les difficultés auxquellesva être confronté l'Etat social.
