Abstract

Christine Erhel ne se limite pas à considérer l'action de l'UE dans le cadre de la Stratégie Européenne pour l'Emploi, adopté en 1997, mais inclut également dans son analyse l'impact du droit communautaire dans le domaine de l'emploi (les directives et la jurisprudence de la Cour de Justice de l'UE) ainsi que les outils de financements, notamment les fonds structurels, le fonds de cohésion et le fonds européen d'ajustement à la mondialisation.
