Abstract

Ce rapport s'interroge sur les raisons de la méconnaissance de la recherche-développement dans le domaine des services. Après avoir examiné un certain nombre de spécificités des services et leurs conséquences sur la R-D, il suggère un certain nombre propositions d'élargissement de la définition de la R-D visant à une meilleure prise en compte du cas des entreprises de services.
