Abstract

This memorandum records work done to revise energy data for Russia for release 5.3 of the GTAP Data Base, more speci¯cally, data for commodity taxes on energy. The main object of the work is to let us ¯t the Russian input-output (IO) table to the energy data. A secondary object is to improve the representation of energy taxes in the fitted table.
