Abstract

В двух разделах данной работы рассматриваются проблемы, которые встали перед системой высшего образования в последние годы в связи с реализацией ФЗ-83, последствия целого ряда принятых в этой сфере решений и возможные выходы из создавшейся ситуации. The two sections of this paper deal with problems that the higher education system faced over recent years in connection with the implementation of the Federal Law 83. Authors focus on the consequences of the number of measures taken in this field and making of possible ways out of the situation..
