Japanese Management Views on Overseas Exchange Listings: Survey Results
AbstractPrevious empirical studies cast a doubt on a positive effect of overseas listings on stockholders' wealth. In this paper, we used a mail questionnaire to obtain information on overseas listing decisions of Japanese companies.
