Abstract

Le debat sur la signature des accords collectifs et sur la notion de representativite est en realite ouvert depuis les lois Auroux. Sous l'egides de la thematique de la flexibilite et des changements de notre regime d'emploi, la negociation derogatoire, devenues un instrument de gestion de l'emploi dans l'entreprise, et des negociations de revision ont fait place a la traditionnelle negociation d'acquisition.
