Cette recherche s'interesse a la disposition d'une certaine partie de la population salariee -les ingenieurs- envers differents types de mobilite poposes au sein de l'entreprise. Au terme de l'etude d'une population totale de 96 ingenieurs, nos resultats mettent envidence differents determinants en fonction de l'ampleur et de la nature du mouvement professionnel propose au salarie.Download Info
