Abstract

En quoi l'absence d'experience professionnelle des debutants est-elle responsable de leurs difficultes d'insertion professionnelle? Imputer au manque d'experience les difficultes d'insertion des jeunes est a la fois un faux et un vrai probleme. Apres avoir place la demande d'experience dans un contexte plus large de demande de competences, nous faisons le point sur le role de l'experience dand les processus de recrutement.
