Penurie de main d'oeuvre et competences. Une application au secteur informatique

Abstract

Ce papier s'inscrit dans une double perspective d'analyse: d'une part etudier au sein d'un meme secteur (l'informatique) la dichotomie industrie/services, et d'autre part au sein de cette dichotomie les consequences du glissement de la notion de qualification a celle de competences. Le phenomene inhabituel en economie qu'est la penurie de main d'oeuvre nous donne des pistes de recherches supplementaires et fructueuses tant au niveau de l'economie des services, qu'au niveau de l'etude de facteur travail.
