Abstract

Nous etudions d'abord l'impact des caracteristiques de l'emploi sur l'evaluation des rendements moyens de l'anciennete. La variable anciennete apparait etre endogene dans la fonction de gain standard et expliquee par les caracteristiques de l'emploi occupe. Ensuite, les rendements de l'anciennete sont estimes pour differentes categories d'emplois en corrigeant les biais de selection et d'heterogeneite. Il s'avere que si ces biais ne sont pas corriges les rendements de l'anciennete sont largement sous-estimes pour la plupart des emplois qualifies.
