Abstract

La logique industrielle qui veut que les grandes firmes integrees se recentrent sur leur "metier" est aujourd'hui connue. En revanche, le mouvement de rationalisation systemique qui accompagne une telle logique n'est generalement pas percu a sa juste mesure. En effet, plus qu'une simple restructuration interne, le recentrage sur le "metier" implique egalement fortement les entreprises liees, notamment les sous-traitants.
