Abstract

This paper examines the relationship of growth and collective bargaining, when research and ordinary production employ two labour inputs, the households' saving behaviour is characterized by stochastic returns that follow a Poisson process, and wages are simultaneously determined by collective bargaining in a fixed number of sectors.
