Cette contribution a pour objet de constater l'importance des aptitudes relationnelles dans la fonction de controleur de gestion, et de montrer l'impact de la taille et de l'internationalisation des organisations sur celles-ci. L'etude se fonde sur une analyse de 198 annonces d'offres d'emplois parus dans un hobdomadaire specialise dans le domaine.
