Abstract

La presente etude se veut un compte rendu de l'experience de la Tunisie, pays en cours d'integration au marche mondial, dans la liberalisation de son marche financier. La premiere partie decrit le processus de liberalisation financiere en passant en revue les mecanismes institutionnels qui ont ete mis en oeuvre pour elargir la structure du marche financier et ameliorer son efficacite. La seconde partie tente d'evaluer les changements amenes par la reforme du secteur financier et l'evolution de l'utilisation d'instruments directs de politique monetaire vers l'utilisation d'instruments indirects.
