Dans cet article, nous prendrons appui sur l'etude des particularites de la gestion des entreprises bresiliennes que nous avons qualifie de feodal, afin de donner quelques indications sur ce que pourrait etre un prototype du dirigeant feodale. Nous reviendrons ensuite sur notre terrain afin d'etablir des paralleles avec les pratiques observees dans notre propres milieu et de tirer des lecons des comparaisons que nous aurons pu ainsi faire.
