Abstract

L'article s'interesse aux comportements et attitudes de consommateurs argentins et mexicains a l'egard d'institutions financieres. Il presente un apercu des caracteristiques des secteurs dans les deux pays ainsi que les resultats d'une enquete sur le terrain. Les resultats indiquent certaines similarites mais aussi des differences importantes sur le plan des comportements.
