Apres un rapide tout d'horizon des produits hospitaliers communement utilises, nous definirons quel est celui qui convient le mieux a l'organisation en question. Nous presenterons ensuite les methodes de controle de gestion utilisees en Suisse, aux Etats-Unis et en France.
