Abstract

Le present texte propose un inventaire general des pratiques de recherche marketing en SUisse en termes de type, d'intensite et d'objectif. Sur la base d'une etude sur 120 responsables de marketing en Suisse romande et en Suisse alemanique dans divers secteurs industriels, les tendances suivantes se degagent. Trois-quarts des entreprises interrogees font recours a des etudes de marche.
