Abstract

Le category management est issu de la volonte de cooperer des producteurs et des distributeurs pour retrouver des leviers de croissance. Cette methode apporte une reponse globale qui implique des changements radicaux pour les acteurs: faire du category management, c'est creer un partenariat entre un producteur et un distributeur dans le but d'optimiser l'offre pour realiser des economies pour une meilleure satisfaction du consommateur.
