Abstract

A part les mesures macro-economiques telles que la liberalisation du commerce et la dereglementation du taux d'interet, le gouvernement de Sierra Leone n'a pas adopte des mesures portant directement sur les PME. Il est tout a fait evident que les PME ne sont pas vises specifiquement dans le PAS.
