Abstract

Le projet d'autosuffisance (PAS) a ete realise pour mette a l'essai une strategie visant a rendre le travail plus payant que l'aide sociale. Dans le cadre du projet, l'etude du PAS-plus visait a determiner si l'ajout de services d'emploi au supplement offert par le PAS et accessibles sur une base volontaire ameliorerait la participation au PAS et aiderait les participantes a conserver le supplement et a trouver un emploi a plein temps, comparativement a leur homologues du PAS. Le ressort de l'analyse du present repport, que la combinaison des incitatifs financiers au travail et des services d'emploi a eu des effets importants.
