Abstract

Nous partons de l'idee que c'est l'inflation anticipee et non l'inflation surprise qui importe et affecte l'equilibre economique reel. Si le gouvernement delegue la politique monetaire a la Banque Centrale, la question se pose alors de savoir s'il est optimal d'avoir un banquier central conservateur ou au contraire un banquier central expansionniste, alors qu'un banquier central conservateur est optimal s'il s'agit d'eviter l'inflation surprise.
