Abstract
Partant de l'example du Japon, nous nous demandons si un niveau tres eleve de dette publique est raisonnable dans un pays ou le vieillissement de la population, par l'allongement de l'esperance de vie, est tres important. Nous nous demandons donc si, a long terme et a court terme, au moment ou le vieillissement se produit,il implique ou non, une reduction du niveau optimal de dette publique.Download Info
