Il existe des differences structurelles importantes entre l'Allemagne et le reste de la zone euro: l'Allemagne a un secteur manufacturier qui reste tres important, cree peu d'emplois de services, a un handicap de competitivite. Nous examinons ces differences et essayons d'analyser leurs implications pour les politiques monetaire et budgetaires a l'aide d'un modele theorique a deux pays de la zone euro.
