Abstract

Nous construisons un modele theorique du comportement des banques, des menages, des entreprises en nous inspirant du cas du Japon, pour analyser comment les autorites doivent reagir lorsque du rationnement de credit survient en reponse a un insuffisance de capital des banques et que de plus l'activite est deprimee en raison de la montee du taux d'epargne des menages.
