Financement du systeme educatif et croissance: Une approche par le modele a generations imbriquees

Abstract

Nous considerons un modele dans lequel l'accumulation de capital huamin depend de deux inputs: l'effort prive d'education des individus et le poids du systeme educatif public represente par son taux d'encadrement. Ce dernier depend notamment du pourcentage d'enseignants qui est choisi par les Pouvoirs Publics. Notre analyse se situe au niveau de l'effet theorique du mode de financement du systeme educatif ( et de son developpement) sur le taux d'encadrement et incidemment sur le taux de croissance.
