Reduction de la duree legale de travail et incitations fiscales au partage du travail: quels effets sur le chomage des moins qualifies?

Abstract

Cet article examine les consequences de politiques de partage du travail dans le cadre d'un modele de chomage d'equilibre avec emplois et travailleurs qualifies et non qualifies. Dans ce modele, les salaires et les durees du travail sont endogenes. Dans ce cadre d'analyse on etudie dans un premier temps les effets d'une reduction de la duree legale de travail. Dans un second temps, on etudie les consequences d'incitations fiscales a une baisse du temps de travail sur les emplois non qualifies.
